In this section you will find everything you need to know for planning your stay at Pax Lodge. Included is all our accommodation and catering options, with prices. You will also find information about meeting rooms available and all the other services we offer to make your stay easier and better.
Our facilities are perfect for groups, large or small, who would like to experience a memorable guiding atmosphere. The Centre is also an ideal destination for schools, youth groups and even families who would like to experience a unique home-like environment!
Pax Lodge is situated in Hampstead, in Northern London just a few minutes ride by tube or bus from the heart of London. We are situated next door to the World Bureau and we have easy access to an assortment of thrilling programme activities that we can offer you and your group. We hope to have you join in on the excitement Pax Lodge offers.
Arrivals
Rooms are available from 14:00. Please let us know in advance your expected time of arrival. If you are arriving in London before 14:00 we may be able to prepare your room earlier. If this is not possible we can store your luggage until your room is ready. During check-in each member of the party will be required to register. For groups, in order to reduce check-in time please make sure that you have returned both pages of the application form.
Departures
To enable us to get rooms ready for new arrivals, please vacate your rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure. It is often possible to store luggage during the day of departure, but we are not able to store luggage for a long period, due to space restrictions.
