Arrivals:
Rooms are available from 14:00. Please let us know your expected time of arrival. If you are arriving in London before 14:00 we may be able to prepare your room earlier. If this is not possible we can store your luggage until your room is ready. During check-in each member of party will be required to register. For groups, you can reduce checking-in time please make sure that you have returned both pages of the application form.
Departures:
To enable us to get rooms ready for new arrivals, please vacate your rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure. It is often possible to store luggage during the day of departure, but we are not able to store luggage for a long period, as we do not have the space.
